Investing in Apartments creates a passive income stream that gives freedom to focus on things that matter.

We are data driven investment team and Data as a primary source for analyzing properties for investment consideration. We look at multiple datasets and leverage multiple underwriting tools to identify the right proeprty. We identify value-add apartments in the growing metros in the US and focus only on B- and C class properties.

Our criteria is based on

  • Rent and Sales potential
  • New construction

We do detailed financial analysis followed by due diligence. With time, meticulous management, these properties yield positive cash flow and appreciate over period of time.
